U2 Bono May Never Play Guitar Again, Bike Crash Destroys U2’s Future

The future of legendary band U2 is in great jeopardy.

U2’s most influential member and frontman, Bono, reveals that a cycling accident in New York may have rendered himself permanently injured after a cycling accident.

Bono took to Twitter to reveal the news two his fans.  In a 6,000 word Tweet, Bono lamented:  “Recovery has been more difficult thatn I thought…As I write this, it is not clear that I will ever play guitar again.”

While the news will definitely have some impact on the music scene, Bono joked that his band reminded him that humanity may just be able to endure with a mediocre guitar riff from Bono.
